Kind-hearted staff at G W Turner organised a fun-packed charity night to raise funds to donate toys to the Wood Street Mission who support children living in poverty in Manchester and Salford.
Funeral Arranger Stacey Booth organised the event at the Eight Bells pub in Failsworth on 16 December 2016 and the offer of a karaoke and disco, free food and a raffle pulled in a good crowd.
Stacey said: “Our charity night was great fun and those who came were full of festive cheer and charity.
“Christmas is a time for giving and we wanted to participate in this appeal to help ensure that local children in need have a happy holiday too.
“We raised a fantastic £410 which bought an incredible amount of toys and we are thankful to all who supported the cause.”
